THE IDEAL RESTAURANT – Must be small, romantic but not pandering to your personal taste, family - run, with a menu based on Terra ("Land"), Tradizione ("Traditions") and Territorio ("Terroir"), with a good yet not over - solicitous service, with an elegant feel yet also friendly and cosy.

THE IDEAL HOTEL – Classy, elegant, set in green surroundings, quiet, private and cosy, even family - run, with private areas where one is not to be noticed, not too small (he abhors B&B and the patron as well as a totally unknown guest sitting at his table…).
