"Between tradition and innovation" is the restaurant Li Frizzuli's slogan, located in Ardeo in province of Lecce. This is the perfect place for those who are both fond of Salento's culinary tradition and for those who are looking for a new way to savour it.
The owner and soul of the restaurant is Nicola Tundo that boasts a long experience in this sector before deciding to open his own restaurant in which wholesomeness and simplicity of the ingredients is enhanced by the chef's creativity. Among the house speciality: tagliatelle with sweet leeks and ham, ricotta quiche with shrimp and bacon, puree with crayfish and sea urchin sauce, broccoli flan with caramelized red onions. All complemented by excellent local wines. Accept the hosts advice and you will not regret it.
