Since 1965 the Sforza family has been working in the confectionery business always painstakingly aiming at quality and keeping a high professional profile in the old town of Barletta, between the Cathedral and the Castle. In the old town Our simply and soberly furnished shop displays all our in-house delis, from confectionery items to ice-creams, biscuits, spiced chocolates and semifreddi. Cakes include the “Mandorlata”, with almonds, filled with candied fruits and coated with flaky white chocolate and minced almonds or the so-called “Pan Disfida”, a soft and fluffy bread, poached in mandarin liqueur and coated with white chocolate and almonds.
