Strong point of Gran Bar Pugliese is the quality of main ingredients which offers excellent results in the pastry shop and ice cream production. Open all day. Breakfast, aperitifs, traditional patisserie, tea patisserie and cakes, everything is superb. An extensive choice of ice-creams, of which everyone has got a history of tradition and research of ingredients. Some of the ingredients used are for example: Gran Cru of chocolates directly produced by a French company in the original territory, vanilla sticks, the hazelnuts from Giffoni and the homemade nutella. For a quick, tasty and healthy lunch break the Gran Bar Pugliese offers simple dishes prepared with fresh ingredients form the local market. Other specialties are the Aperitifs which include the mozzarella and the buffalo ricotta from Battipaglia, the ham from Parma and the fresh fish according to the availability.
Your aperitif will always be complemented by small pastries and sandwiches, pan brioches, panzerottini...all prepared in the kitchen on the bar, no frozen food is ever used. The aim is to offer always something excellent to our customers. For sure our best products are sweets and ice-creams.
