The selected ingredients are then transformed in a modern factory, according to old handicraft techniques, in order to guarantee the maximum wholesomeness. Acqualagna Tartufi has found the right combination between technology and tradition. The pleasure of an homemade production and the customer service are the guides of all the phases of Acqualgna Tartufi production. In the factory they follow the production step by step: selection, cleaning, cooking according to traditional recipes, sterilization, and packaging. For your security they follow all the Italian and CEE prescriptions, in order to guarantee a wide selection of safe truffle based products. The production includes mushrooms, seasoned cheese and other specialties always made with the same care, skill and respect of the handicraft techniques preserved and handed down from generation to generation. Previous booking guided visits to the workshop or to the truffle tree plantation with the explanation of all the phases and the tasting of its specialties.

Aurora GattiNon è facile trovare prodotti a base di tartufo di alta qualità certificate. Quest'azienda è specializzata in questo tubero pregiato, e al suo interno avvengono tutti i passaggi del processo produttivo: la scelta dei frutti freschi migliori, la pulitura, la cottura secondo le ricette tradizionali, la sterilizzazione e il confezionamento. Non vi ho trovato solo tartufi, ma anche ottimi funghi e formaggi.
