Lou I Dolcidolci is a confectionery shop in Trezzano sul Naviglio, a well-known landmark for gourmands in the area. Established in the early 1990’s as a confectionery for restaurants, the whole business evolved over the years with the help and invaluable contribution of pastry cooks, the quality of their work and of the ingredients, the role of personal creativity blended with modern technologies. Since then the confectionery has been a recognized landmark in Milan for people in the know.
The nine members of the staff, young and resourceful, aim at persuading their clientele that there is a whole world of long-lost flavours in the local confectionery tradition that must be fully enjoyed and relished. A sample of the confectionery’s delis includes brioches, cakes, semifreddo ice cream, mousse, praline, wedding cake and cakes for special events, mignon patisserie, and all flavours of chocolate, white, milk, dark, hazelnut, walnut, red hot pepper, spiced, and even fruit peel. All these varieties and flavours make up as many customized Easter eggs.
Savoury treats lovers will surely go for filled tarts, savoury panettone, small pizzas, cannoncini and other delicious morsels. First layers are all own-made using only selected ingredients, carefully measured out and processed, so that the final product will be outstanding for quality, freshness and visual preszentation.
Our products cater for the demand of private consumers and businesses but we are now collaborating with an NPO structure for a number of common projects.
