Gabriella Ceron, who was born and raised in Mantua, in the area of Lombardy with a fine culinary tradition dating back to the Gonzaga family, has launched Pasticceria Le dolci Tradizioni in Milano and its workshop in 1987, after the weaning of her three children. Endowed with creativity and a fine palate, Gabriella managed to convey to her son Marcello a good dose of the qualities needed to achieve ambitious goals. Marcello has studied at the "Lenotre” school of Paris and he has learned the technique that characterizes the confectioners, adding to his list some exclusive products besides the best European tradition.
Pasticceria Le dolci Tradizioni in Milano has an adjoining workshop in which are daily prepared delicious Italian cakes, pastries, and many semifreddo delicacies, all with natural ingredients and premium quality.
Inside a glass window you can admire the Italian confectionery: tartatin of caramelized apples on puff pastry; original strudel dough rolled thin by hand with apple, cinnamon, raisins and pine nuts; pensiero ai mirtilli with almond paste, chocolate and fresh raspberries; sacher; cake with pears and chocolate with crisp short pastry.
Pasticceria Le dolci Tradizioni in Milano specializes in Bavarian, among which we suggest the chocolate mousse with a heart of almonds, and dolce diamante based on oranges and crisp hazelnuts.
All ingredients are processed by them, the chocolate first of all. Marcello in fact has attended the workshop of Yves Thuries, considered one of the most creative craftsmen chocolate manufacturers of the market.
